As for studio happenings, not much has been going on. I still need to take inventory and get the studio clean up again. My little vacuum will soon be cursing me as there is enough green fur all over the floor, rug, and under the sewing machine to make another Hill Monster at least.  ^_^;

And I must apologize for lack of updates. I simply don’t know what to write in this blog yet. I suppose I can’t imagine anyone taking an interest in my studio, except save for the studio cat, and he only cares if 1) I’m not in his chair and 2) I stop whatever it is I’m currently doing (even sewing) and pet him until he’s had enough.  Even at this moment, I’m getting the green-eyed stare and head butting, that I should be paying attention to more important things which is the studio cat of course. ^_^;

I wish you all good luck in your week’s endeavors and hope to post something this weekend.  After I get everything vacuum and put back into place, I’ll be thinking up a schedule for this blog and perhaps, a wish list for the studio.  Until then, happy travels.

I’ll be working this week on getting the creatures back into the etsy shop as well as posting links to purchase the comic book through Ka-blam’s website.  Both should be done by next week. Give or take how work goes. There will be a downloadable version of the comic for the iphone/ipad available sometime in early march.

I’ll be bringing some domesticated Meeps and some wild Meeps. Plus the new Baby Hill Monster design!!!  ^___^ ! And~ when you adopt a Baby Hill Monster or a wild Meep, 10% of the proceeds will be donated to the World Wildlife Federation.  Woot!  I’ve wanted to do a donation with purchase for quite sometime, but I also wanted to upgrade the plushie designs first.  The Domesticated Meeps (ie. The colorful Meeps) will be getting a new design after this convention.

I also will be taking time to actually finish organizing my studio, so I might actually be able to get some new projects done.  Amongst the projects is the completion of this website which I have finally figured out a purpose for. ^^;;; So please bare with me along the way. I’ll also be redesigning Pumpernickel’s website too.

I can’t believe that Metrocon is this weekend! >.<! The Meeps and I are sooo excited and freaking out at the same time.  This will be our first voyage there.  We’ll be in the Artist Alley area at table D#9. I hope some of you will be able to come down (or up) and see us. I’ll be offering Meeps, including the last 4 long-haired forest meep 1st editions, comics, bookmarks, and some other goodies too.

I apologize for not posting in so long. I’m still trying to organize my studio time and I’ve been working 50+ hour weeks between my two jobs lately.  I’ve come up with a plan with the Meeps’ help and hope to start on it following our return from Metrocon.  I have several new designs on the sketching board for plushies, both new and a few re-designed too.  I hope you’ll all stick with me during the re-organization process.

I know some of you already new that, but I hope you’ll enjoy Nibbles’s new design. I’ve been doodling everyone a bit more realistically lately. Well, sort of realistically anyways.  ^_^ ! Nibbles’s house is still in redesign mode and may end up looking quite different from the sketch I posted. I’m still adjusting his culture and skill level as well as the amount of experience he has in building a home by himself. Those of you who have seen his house in the online comic can already see some differences.

I’m sorry to say I haven’t had anytime to type more up on the novel. It has been formulating in my head though and it getting quite interesting as far as staying on top of every one and what they’re doing in their own plot lines.  I will try to post another sketch this week coming.

Just wanted to remind everyone that Metro-con will be here before we all know it. Metro-con will be at the Tampa Convention Center from July 17-19th. It will be own first time attending, so if you’re in the area or at the convention we hope you’ll stop by our table, #D9,  in the Artist Alley. It’s never too soon to make plans.

Well, I have to dash off now- the storm that was looming in from the distance is now quite close and rumbling loudly. Ahhh…afternoon showers. I know those Blue Meeps are loving it!! :P

It gets to be such a disaster after every convention.  Of course, it could have been worst if the Meeps had been left home unsupervised.  ^_^;;;; They are after all full of cuteness and more trouble to boot.    On a studio note, the list for Metrocon goodies has been written and as usual is quite long indeed including a new “Meep in the Box” series 6 and the Cave “Meep”.

I’ve already started on some of it, but I have to look into ordering some eyes before I can get much further. I’m also starting a new job this coming week, WOOT!, so my schedule will be a bit crazy till I settle into the new swing of things.

The last few days we’ve had some pretty nasty weather, so my computer time has been nil hence the lack of website updates. I should be starting regular updates by the end of next week with at least one studio update post and one sewing/ drawing  tip post.  If the weather stays good and I can stay awake enough, I’ll be getting to more website updates.
